From healthy and fresh to comforting and filling, the Union has your tastes in mind. Under the direction of IMU Dining Services General Manager Steve Mangan, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Certified Executive Chef, and experienced restaurateur, the Union’s varied venues offer lots of great food:
Fast: Try Burger King, Quiznos (coming soon), Starbucks, or the Market at the Union with Pizza Hut, Sub Connection, and new this year, Fischer Farms Grille, which features locally raised meats from an independent farm using natural feed and no antibiotics.
Healthy: Eat great healthy food made just for you at Kiva, which features grilled paninis and wraps as well as soups, salads, and vegetarian chili. You can also try Simply to Go choices in the refrigerated cases in the Market at the Union, and the deli selections now available at Sugar & Spice.
Sit-Down Service: The Tudor Room features casual dining in an elegant setting. Its famous grand buffet is an IU tradition that features delicious main dishes and sides as well as an extensive salad and dessert bar.
Aspretto Makes An Appearance in the IMU
Attention coffee drinkers! If you prefer a bolder flavor of a freshly brewed cup of coffee, head over to The Market in the IMU and try Aspretto coffee. It comes in four bold flavors; French vanilla, hazelnut, dark roast, and light roast. The Market also has a decaffeinated dark roast for those who simply enjoy a bold cup of coffee. Read more
