In addition to quiet and comfortable rooms, great food, and the amenities of a world-class campus, the Indiana Memorial Union offers executive rooms with upgraded amenties: a comfortable work environment with executive grade desks and chairs, wireless and wired internet connections, and flat screen televisions.
Question: I went to Indiana University. Do I receive a discount at the hotel?
Current members of the IU Alumni Association do receive a discount. To qualify, please notify us on reservation of your membership, and provide your IUAA membership card on check-in. (Please note, the alumni discount is not valid on special event weekends, including football and commencement weekends. Please contact us if you need more information.)
Question: I am planning a large event at the Union and want to secure a block of rooms to offer to those who attend. What accomodations do you offer?

Union Board is the largest student programming body on the IUB campus. It organizes a diverse range of events and activities around which students may come together, explore multiple world views, historic and current events, and learn from one another.
