The continued support of the series entitled "Reproductive Biology and Early Life History of Fishes in the Ohio River drainage" will include the release of Volumes 3. Family Ictaluridae, 4. Percidae, 5. Gasterosteidae through Cottidae, 6. Centrarchidae and Elassomatidae, and Volume 7. Cyprinidae. Additional volumes are awaiting publication. This document is the most comprehensive treatment ever of North American freshwater fish early life history. Aspects of embryology, early development, and ontogeny are described with emphasis on identification and description of important morphological features. The series is being published by CRC Press. Volumes 1 and 2 are available through the Aquatic Research Center. Volumes 3 - 7 are available through CRC Press.
