Freshmen and their families are invited to attend the Freshman Induction Picnic on the grounds of nearby Woodburn Hall immediately after the ceremony in the IU Auditorium.

Where: The Indiana University Auditorium is located in the heart of the Bloomington campus. See map.
When: Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
When to Arrive?
The IU Auditorium will open at 1 p.m. We recommend that you arrive by 1:45 for the first session and by 3:45 for the second.
Tickets and Seating
There are no tickets and no reserved seats.
Reservations
Reservations will be required and an online RSVP form will be posted in the late spring or early summer. The IU Auditorium seats about 3,200 people, and when one session fills up, you will be directed to the other one.
What to Wear?
Come as you are. Induction is held at the end of Move-In Day. Casual attire is just fine.
