Student Voting Rights

While the Twenty-Sixth Amendment gives 18 to 21 year olds a voice in our democracy, many students who leave home to attend college are often misinformed about where they are eligible to vote.  To remedy this confusion, the Brennan Center for Justice provides a clear and comprehensive guide to residency, registration, identification, and absentee voting requirements for student voters.
