Campus Compact Names University of Minnesota’s Dr. Andrew Furco 2012 Thomas Ehrlich Faculty Award Winner

Campus Compact has named Andrew Furco, Ed.D., associate vice president for Public Engagement and associate professor of Organizational Leadership, Policy & Development at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN as the recipient of the 2012 Thomas Ehrlich Civically Engaged Faculty Award. The award is bestowed annually to recognize senior, tenured faculty for exemplary leadership in engaged scholarship, contributions to the public good, and advancing students’ civic learning. To qualify for the award, the faculty member in question must boast an extensive career that exhibits a true dedication to engagement, service to their community, and the integrity of higher education.
