Reserving the International Center

Facilities

Lounge:

Accommodates over 60 people for receptions and informal gatherings.  This room contains modular seating (15 seats), a grand piano, and a gas log fireplace.  The reception area is adjacent to the lounge and catered meals can be served in this room as well as the lounge.

Conference Room:

Classroom-style with conference tables and conference seating.  Room occupancy limit is 30.

Meeting/Classroom:

Located on the basement level, this area is good for meetings, class settings, and serving meals and buffets.

Receptions or Meal Served

If you plan to serve food then you must bring your own tablecloths as well as individual signs specifying the type of dish being served, ingredients used, and place/date of preparation.

All reservations must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.  To request a reservation, please fill out the Reservation Form.
