Special Events

As part of the Office of International Services, the Leo R. Dowling International Center serves as Indiana University’s hub for cultural, educational and social programs and activities for international students and visiting scholars, including their families.  Members of the IU and Bloomington communities are also welcome to take part and learn about global cultures.

Trip to Chicago

Join us for a visit to the “windy city!”  Come and experience the sights, sounds and rich culture of Chicago.  After stopping at the Millennium park on famous Michigan Avenue, you will be free to explore the many city’s attractions such as the “Magnificent Mile” with its many shops and restaurants, the Navy Pier, the museums, the Lincoln Park Zoo, the architectural river tours, and more.  For complete details about tourist attractions, visit www.explorerchicago.org.
