Overview
iOffice provides a comprehensive immigration case management solution to enable staff to proactively assist international students and scholars in maintaining their lawful stay without interruption.
This state of the art solution directly embeds the SEVIS RTI environment inside of the iOffice application allowing an advisor to work directly within RTI while saving each action to the database; and with full SEVIS Batch support for automated tasks like registration, address changes, etc.
The system goes beyond core SEVIS reporting to provide case management tools with a robust alerts engine, email services, notes case management, PDF document imaging, online client and departmental e-forms; along with tracking for H-1B and permanent residency cases.
