Pricing for iOffice is based on the population size of international students and/or scholars.

Standard Pricing: The standard pricing model requires a larger cost due at signing, but a smaller annual cost. In addition, this model does not require a long-term contract.
Deferred Pricing: The deferred pricing model pays the same amount, but over a period of time. This model requires a 5-year contract.
The license and services agreement fees detailed above cover the iOffice software, setup of the product, and onsite training. Travel expenses for the onsite visit will be an additional cost to be covered by the licensee. Infrastructure components required by iOffice (listed below) would also be the responsibility of the licensee.
