PeopleSoft Application Administration: PeopleSoft application upgrades and fixes, instance management and configuration, technical support for application developers.

PeopleSoft Security Administration: Coordinate end-user and project team PeopleSoft security set-up. Design and implement application security strategies.

File Server Management: Coordinate access to file server resources available to project team including management of project team's ADS organizational unit (OU).

Training/Documentation/Support: In conjunction with project teams, coordinate end user training activities and documentation. Coordinate project team and end-user support resources.

Local Support Provider (LSP): Coordinate infrastructure, networking, operating systems and application software support for the HRMS/SIS project team.
