Land, Minority Rights and Environment in Nicaragua

In  2000, the IU Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) received a grant from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State.  The grant establishes a university linkage program with the Universidad Centroamericana in Nicaragua on issues of land, minority rights, and the environment. At IU, the program involves, CLACS, the School of Law and the Center for the Study of Institutions, Populations, and Environmental Change. The primary contact at IU for this program is Dr. Jeffrey L.
