Seminar and Conference Rooms

The Institute's seminar room (ISR 100) includes four large library tables, an overhead projector and screen, and a computer projection panel. The room seats up to 32 persons. The seminar room can be scheduled by calling (812) 855-8984 or by email.

In scheduling courses in the seminar room, the following priority list, which is dictated by the Institute's primary function for research, applies:

  1. Sociological Research Practicum courses
  2. Post-doctoral Training Program seminars
  3. Graduate seminars
  4. Other graduate courses
  5. Undergraduate seminars and courses
The Institute's conference room (201) seats 10-12 persons. This room can be used for dissertation defenses and meetings of departmental committees. This room can also be utilized as flexible research space for short term faculty research activities. It may be reserved by calling (812) 855-8984 or by email.
