September 1998 The Franklin Shuffle Franklin Hall Renovations Renovations of three ISS unit offices are now complete. The M-1 level has been remodeled to house both of ISS's production units: Media Production and Graphic Services. These units often collaborate, and the new space will make this easier. Client access has become simpler as well; Media Production and Graphic Services now conveniently share an entrance: Franklin M114. Media Resources also enjoys newly renovated office space. The unit remains on the Franklin Hall street level, but the main office is now located in 0009. See the story on page 6 of this issue for more on Media Resources. 1998-99 ISS Brochure In late August, faculty, administrators, and administrative staff received updated ISS brochures. The new brochure reflects changes in unit locations due to renovation, minor changes in services and contact information, and the addition of BEST to ISS.
