MAPS

MAPArt from Cartesia software contains world, global terrain, country, regional and US maps in a variety of projections and detail. Many maps are constructed in multiple layers, allowing for efficient editing and customizing of color, line weight, and text.

ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

LifeART Anatomy 1-5 from TechPool Studios includes hundreds of medical illustrations designed for professionals, deicting the human body from external views to the cellular level. Most illustrations are rendered in color and are editable.

LifeART Imaging1 contains hundreds of full-color anatomical sections, together with MRI and CT scans from the Visible Human Project.

Images from both LifeART collections are organized into browser catalogs for east viewing and selecting.

We are able to image files from many software packages as overhead transparencies and color laserprints. We accept PICT, EPS or TIFF files, in addition to several native software formats, such as Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint. PowerPoint is preferred for outputing overhead presentations. Please allow three working days for your order, and provide laserprints of each image at intake. For more detailed information on software compatibility and file setup protocols, please contact our office: 855-4047. (For 35mm slides, contact Photographic Services, 855-3062.)

If you'd like to discuss visualization of a process or idea, or have more specific concerns, such as type styles and sizes, please call. Staff are always available to discuss media, conceptualization and visual design. Our office is MacIntosh-based, so if you have questions on using Mac software, let us know--we may be able to help.
