Dear ISSRM Participant:

On behalf of the 9th ISSRM Review Committee, we are pleased that you will be presenting your abstract(s) at the 9th International Symposium on Society and Resource Management to be held this June 2-5 at Indiana University. The program sessions and itinerary are now in the process of being finalized. Shortly, you may locate the tentative schedule of presentations on the ISSRM web-site Program page:
http://www.indiana.edu/~issrm/program.htm .

Presenters should bring 50 paper copies of their abstract and/or related materials as a handout for your session. A flyer for Registration at the 9th ISSRM will be forthcoming in the next month. Please note that ALL PRESENTERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE SYMPOSIUM. For multiple-authored presentations, please pass this information on to all relevant co-authors and presenters. The Early Registration deadline is March 30, 2002. On-line registration and on-campus housing forms may be accessed at the following web address: https://www.indiana.edu/~iuconfs/issrm/issrm.html . Poster Presentations

Dear ISSRM Participants:

We are very pleased that you will be presenting your abstract as a Poster presentation at the 9th International Symposium on Society and Resource Management at Indiana University in June. The Poster sessions will be held between 3:30 to 5:30 PM, on Monday June 3, 2002. They will be the only sessions planned for Monday afternoon during the Symposium.

Please bring 50 paper copies of your abstract, or related materials, to your Poster session for handouts. You may begin to "set-up" your poster at approximately 1:00 PM on Monday June 3. The size of the poster boards is 4' X 8'-two sided. Each person will have a 4' X 4' section, and each board will accommodate 4 presentations. All presenters must have their Poster session set-up and ready by 3:00 PM.

The Poster session program is being held in the center building of the Willkie Residence Center. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served in the lobby during the Poster Session program for registered participants.
