How To Obtain Access to the OCR Rocket Program

Notice: This software is licensed for not-for-profit and educational institutions only.

Instructions:

• Complete form below and click "Show License". All fields are required.
• Print the resulting license agreement.
• Acquire signature of an authorized officer of your institution.
• Send signed license via FAX to the ATC at (812) 856-3492.
• Notification and instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you give below when you are authorized to download OCR Rocket.
