Costs & Financial Aid
IU Scholarships
IU awards millions of dollars per year in scholarships to hard-working and talented students, from Automatic Academic Scholarships to Selective Scholarships and scholar programs. By applying to IU, incoming freshmen are automatically considered for many merit scholarships. Other scholarships require applications and may consider factors in addition to academic merit. In order to be considered for Automatic Academic and Selective Scholarships, all admission application materials must be submitted or postmarked by the November 1 scholarship deadline.
Please note that the Wells Scholars Program has its own nomination process and earlier priority dates. To find out more, view our information on the Wells Scholars Program.
For all other scholarship information, visit the Office of Scholarships for scholarship information and eligibility requirements.
