Our academic advisors are dedicated to providing our transfer students
with the information, resources, and support they need to achieve their
goals. They'll help you with everything from making the academic
transition to IU to choosing a major to selecting your course work.
Your first contact with an academic advisor will be during Transfer
Student Orientation. Then when you arrive on campus for the start of the
fall or spring semester, you'll be introduced to your advisor who will
either be from within the University Division or your major school or
college. No matter who your advisor is, you will meet with them regularly
and benefit from their expertise.
