A night view of Tulip Tree campus apartments

Living at IU

Many transfer students choose to live in our residence halls when they first arrive on campus, while others decide to live off campus. It's important to note, however, that if you are a transfer student and have not yet completed 15 credit hours of college work and are under the age of 19, you will be expected to live on campus according to our residency requirement policy.

Costs & Money-Saving Options

Detailed housing rate information is available for residence halls and on-campus apartments. There are several money-saving housing options available to our residents, ranging from scholarship programs to cooperative living to employment opportunities. Contact Residential Programs and Services for more information.

Apartments on Campus
There are several on-campus apartment complexes designed solely for upperclassmen and graduate and transfer students.
