"Your Gateway to Opportunity"

IU's Covenant with 21st Century Scholars:

Beginning with 2007-2008 freshman 21st Century Scholars, Indiana
University Bloomington promises to provide sufficient grant aid to meet
the full cost of attendance, giving bachelor's degree students the
opportunity to graduate debt-free in four years.

Further, Indiana University will offer--at no cost to 21st Century
Scholars--support services to assist them in reaching their academic
goals.

We are investing in the futures of all 21st Century Scholars who meet
our admission requirements and continue to be eligible for monetary
awards through the 21st Century Scholars Program.

Senator Bayh says Indiana's 21st Century Scholars program provides
students with crucial access to higher education:

"When I was Governor, we created the 21st Century Scholars program to
make a college education possible for every child in Indiana who wanted
one. Since then, thousands of students have used 21st Century Scholars
to realize the dream of a college education. Now, Indiana University's
commitment to cover additional costs will give even more students an
opportunity to get the quality education they need to succeed."

--Senator Evan Bayh
