In the short amount of
time—almost 4 years—she has been with Biology, Anna “earned
the Advisor of the Year for the College of Arts and Sciences, which is very
impressive….Anna, like Terri, is a dedicated advisor and we are very
fortunate to have her with us at IU Bloomington.”
Jim
Brown, Department

just that Jim does all this [service] – but that he does it all with
belief, vision, and knowledge. He believes that we can be big, complex and also
meet the needs of a variety of very different students.”

only does Barbara chip in when asked, she often anticipates a need and

Barbara gets many letters from students and parents of students expressing
their gratitude for her wonderful services and caring attitude.”

astounding knowledge of the IU system, its courses, rules, and people provide
her students and fellow advisors with assistance well beyond the normal advisor

mentor to new advisors for BAC and is always the first to contact new advisors
with an invitation to lunch and an offer of assistance.”
