S211 Honors Calculus I

This course is similar in content to M211, covering limits, continuity, derivatives, and definite and indefinite integrals. The difference is that S211 emphasizes proofs and other theoretical aspects of the material: limits will be calculated using the epsilon-delta definition, and integrals will be defined using Riemann sums and discussed in those terms. The course will be an introduction to the language and logic of proofs, examples, and counterexamples.
