Bloomington Multicultural Expo will feature four Cultural
Villages: Moon
Festival Village, Soul Food Festival Village, Festival Latino Village
and the International Village celebrating the diverse populations in
Bloomington! From music, dance, food and cultural outreach activities
there will be something fun to do and plenty to explore.
Who was the first woman ever to hold the post of U.S. Secretary of
State? Who was the first African American Woman CEO of a Fortune 500
company? Women in Business and Hutton Honors College will have a booth
highlighting achievements from influential women. Learn more about
environmental justice advocate Majora Carter, former U.S. Secretary of
State Madeline Albright, First Lady Michelle Obama, and many more.
There will be a drawing for prizes for those who can answer a series of
questions correctly. So see if you are up for the challenge!
