Tour of the Indiana Daily Student
An Undergraduate tour and discussion
Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, 4-5:30 p.m.
Ernie Pyle Hall (940 E. Seventh St.)
SIGN-UP REQUIRED: See details below
Join us for a tour of the Indiana Daily Student, to learn
about how
students put out an award-winning, nationally acclaimed newspaper to
bring you, in print and online, news of and commentary on the campus and
beyond-from IU basketball to national political conventions. Each
semester, the ids has new student editors and a changing staff, as well
as new and ongoing challenges. What decisions have to be made when
covering IUSA, sports, the president's office, the state budget for
higher education, a crime on or off campus? An editorially and
financially independent newspaper, the ids comes to you free. What
is
the business model? You don't have to major in journalism to work
for
the ids. What are the opportunities for you?
SIGN-UP INFO: If you are interested in attending this

event, please check your schedule to make sure you are available for the
