Join the IU Art Museum's education staff to learn about the museum's
extraordinary collections and how to give gallery talks in connection
with the College of Arts and Sciences themester
Connectedness: Networks in a Complex World.
Hutton Honors College students will be trained in art education,
and tour-giving techniques that engage interests and widen
horizons. The IU Art Museum's collections include more than 40,000
objects that represent nearly every art-producing culture throughout
history. A student who signs up for this training must commit to
attending all three sessions and to devoting an additional 15 hours
during the semester to preparing for and giving tours. No previous
art knowledge or background is necessary.
