Learn Fun Facts About Fritz, the HHC's new Dean Fritz Breithaupt. Mix and mingle with fellow Hutton Honors College students and members of the HHC faculty and staff as the HHC joins with the Latino Cultural Center to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month at the September 18 Coffeehouse Night @ the IU Art Museum. The museum's Latin American art collection will be featured on the first floor in the Gallery of Art of the Western World, with music provided by Mexican folk harpist Zacbe Pichardo. Sample coffee and sweet treats from Angles Café and Bloomingfoods, participate in the fun, experience Latin American art and music, and meet new people! No need to sign up. Just stop by and enjoy!

The museum also invites you to attend its other two Coffeehouse Nights, which will feature the fusion of coffee, art, music, and more! Enjoy coffee samples and sweet treats compliments of Angels Café and Bloomingfoods, in-gallery entertainment, and inspiring works of art from different times and places. Participate in an art scavenger hunt to receive prizes. Each night one of the museum's permanent galleries will be featured.

-September 11, 7:30-9:30 p.m.: Arts of Asia and the Ancient Western World.
-September 25, 7:30-9:30 p.m.: Art of Africa, the South Pacific, and the Americas featuring sounds from the International Vocal Ensemble.
