Thomas Schelling offers many personal anecdotes to illustrate the point that, in spite of the plans we may have, our lives can go in unforeseen directions.

Thomas Schelling also responds to students' questions about his economic theories and current events, including the economic crisis, the control of nuclear weapons, and climate change.

After the supper, Thomas Schelling chats with students before leaving to deliver his second Patten Lecture.
