Sign-Up Procedures
Please note that programs occurring BEFORE the general sign-up date of
Wednesday, February 11, are being handled individually. Refer to the
program
descriptions for these events for detailed sign-up information.

Current Programs
The programs and events listed on the HHC extracurricular program Web site
include
- public programs that are open to everyone and
- HHC small group programs that have limited space.
- Small group programs require advance
sign-up.
- Small group programs are open only to IU
undergraduates.
- Small group programs are labeled "SIGN UP
REQUIRED."
You are welcome to bring
friends!
However, anyone who plans to attend an
HHC small-group program must be an IU undergraduate and must
sign up (or
be signed up) using the procedures described below. For other programs
that require advance sign-ups or registration, please follow the
instructions provided in those program descriptions. To sign up for
the small group programs, please use the sign-up process described here.
SIGN-UPS FOR SPRING 2009 PROGRAMS WILL BEGIN
ON
WEDNESDAY, FEB. 11,
2009!
Sign-ups will be held that day from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
You may sign up for small-group programs either
by coming to the Hutton Honors College or by calling. (See below
regarding
ticketed programs.)
The Hutton Honors College is normally open
Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., but on Wednesday, Feb.
11,
the office will open early and remain open through the lunch hour to
accept reservations. When Feb. 11 arrives, please act promptly to
avoid being disappointed because the programs that interest you are full.
In signing up, please adhere to the
following schedule:
- On
Wednesday, Feb. 11, come
to 811
E. Seventh St. (on the northwest corner of Seventh and Woodlawn) or call
855-7420.
- On or after Thursday, Feb. 12, come to
room 210H of 811 E. Seventh St. or e-mail hdubina
 with your first choice program and your wait list
choices. Please be sure to include your name, IU e-mail address, phone
number, year in school, and field(s) of study. We regret we will not
be able to respond to e-mail requests sent before Feb. 12.
We cannot accept phone reservations for
ticketed programs, as you must pay for your
ticket(s) at the time you sign up, so starting on Wednesday, Feb. 11,
and
thereafter, please come to 811 E. Seventh St.
and ask for Hannah Dubina in order to sign up and pay for your
ticket(s).
GUEST
LISTS AND WAIT LISTS: You may put your name on the guest
list
of your first choice HHC small group program and on the wait lists of as
many other HHC small-group
programs as interest you. Ticketed programs will not count towards your
first choice program, so you may sign
up
for them in addition to signing up on the guest list of another
program. Do sign up on wait lists.
Cancellations occur, especially as program dates approach.
CANCELLATIONS: Canceling your
reservation is okay, but please try
to
do so in a timely fashion so that someone on the wait list can take
advantage
of the opportunity you must miss. If at all possible, please let us know
before the day of the program if you must cancel, as it is often difficult
to reach those on the wait list on the day of a program.
