HHC Undergraduate Grant Program

The Hutton Honors College Undergraduate Grant Program helps facilitate participation in activities that enhance a student's educational, academic, creative, service, and/or pre-professional goals outside the classroom. HHC grants are made on a merit basis to individual students.

Edward Gubar is the director of the Hutton Honors College Undergraduate Grant Program.
J.R. Nolasco is the manager of the Edward L. Hutton International Experiences Program.

**NOTE**: If you are receiving need-based federal financial aid (for example, Stafford loans, Pell Promise grants),and you receive one of the Hutton Honors College's grants, awards, scholarships, or prizes, your award from the Hutton Honors College may not be paid-out in the form of cash funds (i.e., as money paid into your Bursar account), but instead, may be used by IU's Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA) to reduce your student loan burden or reduce your federal grant by the amount awarded to you by the HHC. If your federal financial aid is sufficiently large, i.e., is close to or already meets your cost of attendance at Indiana University, you must contact OSFA (e-mail: blfinaid@indiana.edu) to learn how your HHC award may impact your aid and to determine whether your cost of attendance budget can be adjusted accordingly. Also, please refer to OSFA for information regarding study abroad and financial aid.
