Luis Dávila's research and teaching
encompasses a wide range. He focuses
on nineteenth- and twentieth-century
Spanish-American narrative, poetry, and
essay; Mexican prose narrative, poetry, essay, and theatre; and
all genres of U.S. Latino literature. He has been a National
Endowment of the Humanities fellow and also on the Wells
Scholars selection committee. Professor Dávila's current
projects include studying borderlands literature and the
Mexican cultural labyrinth and U.S. Latino literature and
postmodernity. |
