Lead Poisoning Education | Other Service Opportunities

 

Lead Poisoning Education for the South Central Indiana Community

This project is a service learning project designed to increase the knowledge of the community concerning lead poisoning prevention. The purpose of the study is to measure the effectiveness of a lead poisoning service learning project on changes in knowledge in community participants and perceptions of nursing identity development in sophomore nursing students. The study is being conducted by Indiana University School of Nursing and its sophomore nursing students as part of one of their nursing courses, B233 Health & Wellness.
