Welcome to the Indiana University Bloomington Student Sustainability Council

After a successful Fall, we at the SSC are looking forward to an even more productive Spring, but we need your help! The SSC is currently recruiting new group members and individual student volunteers to staff its committees to help move IU in a more sustainable direction. Let's make this semester the best one yet!

SustainIU 2012

SustainIU, the SSC's week of collaborative themed sustainability events will take place from Monday, April 9th to Sunday, April 15th. The theme this year is "Act Naturally". Events will be focused on on the place of humanity within our environment and sustainability in relation to this topic.

  • Oxfam Club at IU
    Oxfam Club at IU (OCIU) is a self-managed organization that is affiliated with Oxfam America. In alignment with Oxfam America's mission and current campaigns, OCIU aims to construct and carryout projects and initiatives focused on alleviating poverty, hunger, and social injustice on both the international and local level.
  • Kelley Energy Club
    The Kelley Energy Club (KEC) is a student-run, cross-disciplinary, industry-focused club through the MBA Association at the Kelley School of Business. The KEC serves the diverse needs of full-time Kelley MBA students who have a novice interest in how every works to those pursuing careers in the energy industry.
