Prayer Request Form

We believe that God answers prayers and that prayer can be powerful and effective. We have seen God answer tons of prayers this year, and we want to keep bringing out requests, anxieties, and praises to Him. 1 John 5:14-15 says, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us - whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of Him."

Your prayer request will be held in strict confidence by members of our prayer team, led by Joshua Kelver. You may provide as much or as little personal information as you like. We may contact you by email to confirm that we are praying for you, but your prayer request and personal information will not be distributed or used for any other purpose. Our prayer team will pray for your request for at least one week or until the expiration date of your prayer request.
