Indiana University Design Thinking Forum

The Design Thinking Forum is an interdisciplinary program that serves as an interactive framework for the Bloomington campus’ various design resources. In addition to their own work, members of the Design Thinking Forum participate in projects that explore and articulate areas of commonality in their disciplines. Further, these projects seek to define philosophies, methods, digital technologies and processes to improve the responsiveness of future design decision making.

Design Studies Initiative

The DSi serves as the multidisciplinary learning community for design programs on the Indiana University Bloomington campus. Through the DSi, undergraduate and graduate students can capitalize on the academic offerings of multiple schools and departments, and transcend traditional educational boundaries by interacting with professors, students and industry professionals from outside their field of study who share their passion for design and how it impacts our world. The DSi serves as the foundation for multidisciplinary learning opportunities, course offerings, forums, design studios, projects, digital presentation technology applications, field experiences and career counseling.
