Something that I created to have more puzzles in my room is to take the front cover off of a greeting card(especially Christmas cards with characters the kids all know such as the Grinch, Snoopy, Mickey, etc. ) or a book cover and lamintate it. Then I cut them into puzzles! Depending on how they are cut they can be simple or more complex. I have even received mail from parents saying how they made puzzles out of cards at home! Very Happy

This is a great idea! My students love puzzles this year! They are now able to complete 100 piece puzzles and are so excited about this accomplishment. The dollar store is a great place to find puzzles. Currently they are selling several Strawberry Shortcake puzzles (60 pieces).
