Last year I ordered a magnetic clock from Learning Resources to put on the board beside my calendar area. We set it daily and it is discussed at morning calendar. Not only can my students tell time to the hour but many are now telling time by 5 minutes. Daily practice really paid off.

I agree! I also got a large clock for my students and I to use last year. I can not believe how quickly they have picked up reading the clock by hour and 1/2 hour!
