From the Holiday Inn Staff:
CARIBBEAN COVE WATER PARK -
GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience for all Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park guests. To this end, please review the following policies and procedures.
Guests enjoying the water park agree to comply with all water park policies, rules and regulations.
Wristbands are required for water park access. Wrist bands are distributed from the front desk upon hotel check- in.
Wristbands are color-coded to reflect guest departure date.
One wristband will be issued per person. Lost wristbands will be replaced at a cost of $25. Adjustments to wristbands must be done by the front desk. No exceptions.
Guests giving their wristband to someone else for entrance to the water park will be blocked from re-entering the water park, without refund.
Swim diapers designed specifically for pool use are required to be worn by children not yet toilet trained.
Children who are not toilet trained or have difficulty getting to the rest room in time to prevent an accident must wear a swim diaper. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the water park.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will not be issued a wristband without adult accompaniment.
Monitoring your child/children remains your responsibility even when lifeguards are present.
Lifeguards and management have final authority on all safety decisions.
Every two hours, we ask your cooperation in exiting the pools while a ten-minute safety break is conducted.
Proper bathing attire is required. Bathing attire with belts, buckles, rivets, grommets or metal of any kind, cutoffs, gym shorts, t-shirts and provocative or thong swimwear will not be permitted.
Hotel guests using the water park must wear proper attire including footwear in all public spaces of the hotel.
Water socks, water wings and non-Caribbean Cove issued life vests are not permitted in the water park.
Guests that violate the rules will be asked to leave the water park. No refund will be issued.
The pools are chlorinated and are in accordance with State requirements. They are monitored several times a day to keep chemical levels within safe, mandated limits. Please note that Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park will not be responsible for discoloration to any garment, nor for any rash that may occur due to periods of exposure in the pools.
The Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park is fully staffed with lifeguards during operational hours. The undersigned is aware that the hotel’s Holidome is not staffed with lifeguards. Children in Holidome must be accompanied by an adult and no person may swim alone.

I hereby for myself and heirs, executors and administrators
waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park at the Holiday
