description When we teach with graphing calculators, not all goes as it should. In this session, the presenter will take the role of the student who had a very bad day with the calculator. Participants must diagnose what went wrong and then fix it. (Resetting the calculator and losing all of the data is not allowed!) All glitches are from students' real life misadventures.  The primary audience is for TI-82/83/84 users; however, TI-73 users can find most of this session valuable. Some experience with the calculator is desirable. In fact, the more mistakes you have made in the past, the better you will be at problem solving in this session.
