Please save the date for what we hope will be a continued tradition in the spirit of Frank McCloskey’s campaign picnics. The picnic is a joint project of both the Democrats’ Club and the Party, and will be held at the Woodlawn Shelter House at Bryan Park. The Club is providing hamburgers and hot dogs (including non-meat choices) and beverages. Guy and Connie Loftman will lead us in a sing-along (which was much enjoyed at last summer’s Club picnic). We are requesting a donation of canned goods to be given to the Community Kitchen in memory of the Frank and Roberta. We will also be remembering Sophia Travis and Warren Henegar at the picnic. We hope to see you there! And please, spread the word!

College Democrats of America is proud to announce our 2013 National Convention! This year’s national convention will focus on the importance of leadership through service to our campus, community, and country. Every year, hundreds of College Democrats from across the country meet to hear engaging speakers, attend informative workshops, and network with fellow democratic leaders, and this year promises to be our best national convention yet!
