    As mentioned above, IU-EMS uses e-mail as its primary means of communication.  E-mails can be sent to

    To facilitate a quicker and more accurate response to received e-mails, senders are recommended to

 address their e-mails to the appropriate officer by putting "ATTN:" followed by the officer's position in the

 subject line for the following list of common topics:

    Visits to the IU-EMS office can be arranged by e-mailing IU-EMS.  The IU-EMS office is located in the

 Student Activities Tower of the IMU (Indiana Memorial Union) at the following address:

    The Student Activities Tower elevator can be accessed from the west end of the IMU outside of Alumni Hall

 and across from Starbucks on the first floor, or between the Back Alley and the IU Bookstore's Computer

 Connection store on the mezzanine level.

    Visitors without IU permits can park in either of the IMU's pay lots.  One is located outside of the building's

 east entrance and hotel lobby, while the other is located across 7th Street next to the HPER (School of

 Health, Physical Education, and Recreation).  Visitors with IU permits should visit the Parking Operations

 website (new window) for information on available parking, as should visitors interested in purchasing a

 visitor permit.
