Faculty Advisors

Erik Medina
Dick McCracken
Following a 30 year corporate career, Dick returned
to work for his alma mater, Indiana University. He
joined IU in December, 1997 as director-Graduate
Career Services, Kelley School of Business.
After nine years in this key role for a nationally ranked
business school, he accepted a position working
with the Dean’s Office to lead major new Kelley
School initiatives. After a nomination by the IU
Foundation and selected by the Western
Golf Association/Evans Foundation, Dick accepted
the Faculty Advisor role for the Evans Scholars
Chapter at Indiana University in the spring of 2005.


As Faculty Advisor, Dick McCracken strongly believes
in the four pillars of the Evans Foundation and provides
council to the Chapter’s student Executive Board as
well as to individual chapter members. He attends
Executive Board meetings, Chapter meetings and the
Chicago Summer and Winter Outings planned by the
Western Golf Association/Evans Foundation. Yes, one of
Dick’s hobbies is golf. Dick is “proud to be associated
with the Indiana Scholarship House.”
