1Nonresident undergraduate participants in the program pay the 2012-13 academic year tuition rates of $263.45 per credit hour. This is a reduction from the normal nonresident rate of $875.34 per credit hour.

2Indiana resident undergraduate participants in the program pay the 2012-13 academic year tuition rates of $205.05 per credit hour.

3Nonresident graduate participants in the program pay the 2012-13 academic year tuition rates of $455.23 per credit hour. This is a reduction from the normal nonresident rate of $938.00 per credit hour.

4Indiana resident graduate participants in the program pay the 2012-13 academic year tuition rates of $321.90 per credit hour.

5The transportation fee above includes cost of all travel in University vehicles EXCEPT the return caravan to Indiana. There is an additional fee of $50 (which covers the cost of motels) for those returning in the caravan. This amount MUST be paid in advance and is due March 10 along with the transportation and motel/supplies/insurance fee.

Additional Costs: These costs are not included in the estimate above. Add them to the appropriate categories if you wish to include them.

Return Caravan: $50.00 (add to Motel/Supplies/Insurance)

Parking on Campus prior to departing for the Field Station: $30.00 (add to Food and Lodging)

Dorm on Campus prior to departing for the Field Station: $47.50 (add to Food and Lodging)

Pocket money for meals on caravan and field trips and for weekend recreational activities - $250.00
Note: ATMs are available on weekend trips to town.

Withdrawals and Fee Reimbursements

Tuition:
Students who withdraw one week after the beginning of the course will receive a 100% reimbursement of their tuition. Those who withdraw during the second week will receive a 50% tuition reimbursement.

Transportation and Motel:
Full reimbursement of the transportation and other fees can only be made to students who withdraw before May 16. A 50% reimbursement will be made to those who withdraw before May 16. The same applies to the return caravan fee of $50 for those stating they will return to Bloomington with the caravan.

Food and Lodging Fees:
Full reimbursement of the Food/Lodging fee can be made up to June 30.
