Fall 2009-Winter 2010 Deadlines & Important Dates
- September 15, 2009: Agreement to Participate Form from school due
- October 1, 2009: Test Registration Form & Test Fee due
- October 10, 2009: Test in Evansville
- October 12, 2009: Make-up test in Evansville
- October 17, 2009: Test in Bloomington, Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis, and South Bend
- October 19, 2009: Make-up test in Bloomington, Ft. Wayne, Indianapolis, and South Bend
- October 24, 2009: Test in Crown Point
- October 26, 2009: Make-up test in Crown Point
- November (early), 2009: Results of placement test sent to IUHPFL High School Coordinators; students who passed placement test are invited to apply
- November (early to mid), 2009: IUHPFL Application available online
- December 21, 2009: Application materials due to IUHPFL Bloomington office
- January 1, 2010: Financial Aid application due to IUHPFL Bloomington office
Winter-Spring 2010 Deadlines & Important Dates: TBA
Specific dates for Winter and Spring of 2010 have yet to be announced, but what follows below is a projected outline for such dates:
- Mid to late February: Coordinators and students are informed of the IUHPFL Semi-final selection
- Late February to early/mid-March: Interviews will be held for those students still being considered for acceptance to the Program or acceptance as an alternate.
- Mid to late March: Coordinators and students are informed of the IUHPFL Final selection
- Mid March through May: Accepted students begin to submit acceptance materials and make payments for Program Fees
Spring 2010 Orientation Dates
Orientation will take place at the Indiana Memorial Union on the campus of Indiana University-Bloomington. Final acceptance to the Honors Program is contingent upon successful completion of the orientation, thus attendance is mandatory for participants and at least one parent/guardian. We will announce soon which programs will have their orientations on which dates, but the dates are as follows:
