Getting Help

  • A Help icon is located at the top right of the IUIE. Help links to KB documentation containing answers to commonly asked questions as well as specific "how-to" information.

  • For specific technical help with using the IUIE contact The IUIE Help Desk. You can also use the Feedback icon to send email to the IUIE Help desk.

  • The IU Support Center can assist you with Network ID and passwords related problems. Call (812) 855-6789 option 8.

  • IUIE Online Hours provides a timetable of when the IUIE is live and when the IUIE Help Consultants are online and available for help.

  • For specific questions about the content or format of report data, help with parameters, or for more information from specific application areas, choose the following links for email support:

    • The SIS Help Desk
