All reports in the IUIE can be saved as a shortcut in My Catalog using the "Save Settings" button. report objects can be saved in two ways:
Clicking the "Save Settings" button located at the bottom of a report object form saves the blank parameter entry form in the New Shortcuts folder within My Catalog. Users will be prompted to confirm the save.
The "Save Settings" button will also save the report form with any parameters that have been entered or selected. Users can save the same form with different parameter combinations as long as each shortcut is uniquely labeled. Users will be prompted to overwrite an existing shortcut or rename it as needed.
Shortcuts are initially placed in the New Shortcuts folder within My Catalog. Users have the option of storing them in a different folder within My Catalog using the Manage Catalog menu option.
