What are the hours of availability and support for the IUIE?
The IUIE will be available as outlined in the table listed below.

*Users can access frozen & indexed reports outside online hours, but there is no support.
**Partial outages may occur after 5pm in order to make enhancements. Prior notification will be given to users.

When accessing certain report objects outside the online hours (such as datagroups), a message will be displayed in the Report Object frame which will notify you that data may not be available. If you are able to retrieve data from such report objects, pay close attention to the refresh date of the report object in order to determine the age of the data against which you are reporting.

For frozen files (which are always available), the date in the file name indicates the age of the data contained in the report object.
