Why do I get an error stating my browser does not meet the IUIE system requirements?

The IUIE checks the version of your web browser when you attempt to access it. If your browser is not compatible with the IUIE because it does not meet the minimum system requirements or because it is a version identified with a security problem, you will see an error message similar to the following:

In order to access the IUIE when you receive such a message, you will need to update your browser of choice to a version that is compatible. There are links included on the error message page that will take you to a location where you can download a newer version.
Note: if you are using Internet Explorer and are presented with an option to download the browser with or without Java enabled, chose the option of downloading with Java enabled.
It is strongly recommended that you keep both Internet Explorer and Netscape up to date on your computer. If one browser needs to be upgraded due to a new system requirement or security problem, your other browser may be available to continue your work immediately while waiting to get the other one upgraded.
