Indiana University Bloomington is home to a broad population of social scientists, with disciplinary homes across departments within the College of Arts & Sciences and across the professional schools. In a unique setting that offers advanced presentation and collaboration technology, the mission of the newly created Social Science Research Commons (SSRC) is to serve as an intellectual center for social science research on the Bloomington campus, promoting collaboration among these scholars and existing social science research centers, and raising the profile of IU Bloomington’s social science resources and expertise.

The SSRC was created through the collaborative partnership of the Office of the Provost, the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, the College of Arts and Sciences, and UITS.

Please feel free to extend this invitation to IU Bloomington faculty and staff colleagues.

RSVP to by Wednesday, October 2.
