The first available description of Obolo, a Niger Delta language spoken by 100,000 people, this book is useful for both student and linguist. Although written primarily for the use of native speakers of Obolo, it provides the linguist with an adequate grammatical description of the language, covering phonology, morphology and syntax. Dialectal variations in vocabulary and morphology are given as well.
